About Ryh

We believe eating out should feel easier.

Ryh is built in Germany by Keyperion Germany GmbH – together with hosts who tell us every day what actually helps during service.

Why Ryh exists

It didn't start with a market report, but with a busy Saturday night. Guests waiting for a menu, service walking between table and counter, the kitchen losing the overview, and paying taking longest of all.

We weren't looking for another ordering app, but for a flow that fits the evening: guest at the table, order straight to the kitchen, payment when the guest is ready. No paper stacks, no system switching, no training marathon.

Hospitality, because every minute counts and small frictions shape the whole evening. Now, because guests carry a phone, teams are under pressure, and existing systems rarely talk to each other.

Our story

Only steps we reached or clearly planned. We add milestones once they have actually happened.

  1. Reached

    The idea

Watching real service leads to the picture of one continuous flow from table to payment.

  2. Reached

    First prototype

Ordering, kitchen view and payment run in one connected flow for the first time.

  3. In progress

    Pilot restaurant

Ryh runs in real service. Every note from the floor goes straight into development.

  4. In progress

    Marketplace

Devices and accessories with a compatibility check, so hardware doesn't become its own project.

  5. Planned

    Soft launch

Opening up step by step – only as fast as we can keep support and quality.

  6. Planned

    Going international

More languages and countries. No date yet, because the home market has to run first.

How we want to be measured

  • Simplicity

If a feature needs explaining, it isn't finished. One screen, one clear action.

  • Transparency

We say openly what is done, what is being built and what is still missing – in public too.

  • Quality

Fewer features that hold up on a full Friday night beat many that only work in a demo.

  • Privacy

We collect what the flow needs. Guest data belongs to the guest, business data to the business.

  • Reliability

We announce incidents instead of sitting them out. An outage on a Friday night is not a detail.

  • Longevity

We build for venues that will still be there in five years – not for short-lived effects.

Built with pilot restaurants

Ryh is currently developed with selected pilot restaurants. They test every feature in real service before we open it further. We publish references only when a venue explicitly wants that.
